On freedom the minor prisoner of the assumption of sexual assault.

Last 18 of october,was held the Nafarroa Oinez. It´s the annual 

celebration oganized by the Ikastolas.

One child under 16 years have reported because a assumption of 

sexual assault. The suspected also minor,he was arrested the same 

day that all happen.

The family of de girl confirm to Euskadi Irratia that "she suffered a violation" and they say that she is drepressed.

The boy deny that he raped her also having intercourse with the girl, because of this, the prision gif the freedom to the boy. He ensures that they had met her on the same enclosure of Nafarroa Oinez. He says that he met to the girl and his friends on that enclosure a time but then he goes with her friends.
 I´m against this situation because de woman haven´t take their decition if she wants to stay with that boy in that situation. The people that are against the abortion, culd put in the situation of a girl that have been rape. If he/she had a litle bet of head will put in favor of the abortion.
